Cleaning the bottles at Cascade

Our company delivers water in 19-liter polycarbonate bottles, which are reusable, returnable containers. The cleanliness of these bottles largely determines whether the water is safe or not.

Our automatic container cleaning line includes:

• Prewashing inside and outside at 60 degrees,
• An internal and external wash with detergent solutions (acid or alkaline) at 60 degrees,
• Rinsing the containers with clean water,
• Internally decontamination of the bottle surfaces with special reagents,
• Rinsing again with clean water.
